In addition, we focus on board culture because we know to make diverse boards more effective, board need to nurture a more egalitarian culture that elevates different voices, integrates contrasting insights, and welcomes open conversations.

BoardPerform is a tool allowing the Directors on your board to evaluate their own performance and anonymously provide feedback to their fellow Directors.
