Can Too Foundation offers professionally coached training programs across NSW and Queensland using qualified and experienced Coaches plus caring Mentors and Team Captains. Can Too trains all levels, from beginners to more experienced athletes. Structured training programs are tailored to specific physical challenges such as running races, ocean swims, trail walking and adventure challenges or you can choose your own event as a Can Too Beyond program.

In return for professionally coached training programs, our participants fundraise much needed support for Australian cancer research to fund the most brilliant, innovative early career cancer researchers.

The organisation is now looking to appoint a new non-executive director and Chair to the Board. All Board members have a genuine interest and commitment to Can Too Foundation’s mission and values.

Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements of a Board role. Strategic expertise and experience in sustainable revenue development, strategic planning and a good understanding of health, fitness and wellbeing will be highly regarded. Being well networked in the business community will be advantageous.

This non-executive director and Chair role will require approximately six Board meetings per annum and these meetings can be conducted either face-to-face or online. Sub-committee meetings are conducted as required. As an engaged Chair, the director will attend some goal events during the course of the year to support participants. The appointment will be for an initial term of three years (which can be subsequently renewed by the Board).
