The opportunity

Aruma’s Board is actively seeking new Non-Executive Directors to help drive transformative change, guide and shape strategy and equip the organisation to excel in its service delivery.

The Non-Executive Directors will provide both short-term and long-term strategic guidance and are expected to bring diverse perspectives to the table, including transformational leadership, sector expertise, technical and governance acumen, and a commitment to social progress and inclusivity.

Directors will be highly financial and strategic with a proven track record providing leadership to a large distributed, customer-centric business. Directors will potentially bring experience engaging with government stakeholders, contributing to the outcomes of the NDIS review. The emphasis on diversity, encompassing cultural, socioeconomic, and lived experience diversity, underscores Aruma’s commitment to creating a more inclusive and effective organisation, ensuring high-quality service delivery to individuals with disabilities.
