The organisation

The Priceline Sisterhood Foundation, established in 2011, is committed to supporting Australian women and their families facing various health challenges. Through strategic partnerships with several charitable organisations, the Foundation raises funds to support meaningful projects that directly impact women in need. Since its inception, the Sisterhood Foundation has raised over $8.57 million, demonstrating its significant contribution to causes such as mental health, family support, and women’s employment. The Foundation works closely with charity partners like PANDA, SisterWorks, and Motherless Daughters Australia, ensuring that all donations make a tangible difference in the lives of women across Australia.

The role

Priceline Sisterhood Foundation is evolving due to Wesfarmers Health’s acquisition of API and the recent appointment of an Executive Officer. This will be the start of an exciting new chapter for the Foundation with a new strategy, a new look and feel and a new mandate for impact.

The Priceline Sisterhood Foundation are seeking experienced Non-Executive Directors (NED) to join their Board. The roles involve providing strategic guidance and governance oversight to the Foundation, which supports Australian women and families through partnerships with key charitable organisations.

The ideal candidates for these NED positions will bring a strong background in governance, corporate or nonprofit leadership. The Foundation are looking for directors who bring a strong understanding of grant-making and the for-purpose sector more broadly, or specialist knowledge and experience in women’s health. Experience in (or a passion for) the health, wellness, or charitable sectors is vital.

Candidates should have a strong commitment to improving the lives of Australian women and their families, aligning with the Foundation’s mission of enriching their health and wellbeing.
