“I appreciated the willingness of People for Purpose to engage with our challenging brief, find some excellent candidates and all around lovely humans, and take so much of the burden of search and headhunting from us. I loved their frank counsel, advocacy for the candidates, and understanding of our unique approach, and the Lumina profiles from Leadership Space certainly helped us make our final decision.”Nick Moraitis, CEO, Foundation for Young Australians

This partnership allows us to support individuals to become qualified and skilled directors and has culminated in our ‘Boards Seeking Directors’ event twice a year. The evening provides an opportunity for several organisations to present to aspiring directors in a relaxed networking environment. It has proved to be an extremely popular and successful event, with the majority of participating organisations successfully appointing a new director from the evening.
