The organisation

Campbell Page is a not-for-profit employment and community organisation, dedicated to preparing people for work, engaging local communities to create, capture and connect people to jobs.

Our reach extends NSW, QLD, VIC, and SA delivering community, youth, Indigenous and family programs through to education, training and employment services.

This is an exciting time for Campbell Page. Now part of the VERTO Group, the focus is to strategically position Campbell Page for future growth, balancing contract securitisation and commerciality, whilst maintaining focus on our customers through the quality Campbell Page is recognised for.

The role

Campbell Page is in search of a CEO to strengthen the organisation commercially, leveraging a positive team culture and reputation for excellence. The incoming CEO will have a four-week transition period starting in January. The role demands a leader with a firm grasp of the commercial sphere, particularly in relation to government employment contracts, but also in social enterprise, as CP looks to scale up two promising social enterprises, EcoCrews and Careflex. Immediate tasks for the CEO include a smooth transition into the VERTO family while maintaining a strong customer focus, preserving CP’s distinct identity, orchestrating a surplus-yielding budget for FY25, and reinforcing the company culture post-acquisition.

The CEO’s core responsibilities span from shaping the company’s strategic trajectory, championing business development endeavours, upholding rigorous governance and financial protocols, to fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Operational oversight, coupled with a flair for public representation, is also vital.
