Use your exceptional organisational skills and your interest in people to organise and manage the recruitment processes, supporting a wide range of Australian charities.

  • Leverage your experience as an executive admin support or recruitment support.
  • Multitask and engage at the front and back ends of the business.
  • Make your mark on social impact in this for purpose environment.

This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a team who share the same vision and goals, making a difference where it counts!

The organisation

At People for Purpose (PfP), we believe that excellence begins with quality leadership, robust governance and clarity of purpose and impact.  Across Australia, we work with individuals, for-purpose organisations, social enterprises and corporates to maximise their social impact.  We do this through four key areas: Executive Search, Board Search, Education and Events, and Governance Advisory.

The role

The world of recruitment is dynamic and always changing, new clients, candidates, roles and processes. This is an opportunity to either leverage your existing experience in the industry or related HR field or bring some exciting new knowledge to the team. Whatever your background, this role will give you plenty of diversity and energy to drive your career forward.

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly self-sufficient, organised and outcomes driven individual with a great eye for detail.  You will be adept at communicating professionally with senior leaders both verbally and in writing, including CEOs and board members. You are always willing to pick up the phone and represent our brand, gathering information and acting as a conduit for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

You will have strong experience with administration systems and software as well as database management ideally in recruitment, such as Job Adder. You are adept at multi-tasking and delivering to tight deadlines, under pressure.  Importantly, you will have a genuine interest and desire in contributing to the for-purpose sector.

Working from our city based offices you will enjoy a relaxed team dynamic but will also have some flexibility to work from home.
