  • Engage with people to understand their leadership aspirations
  • Work flexibly and build your career

Sound perfect?  (It’s probably not because nothing is), but we want to enjoy our days at work as well as our time off and we want someone to come on board with a similar outlook.

The organisation

At People for Purpose (PfP), we believe that excellence begins with quality leadership, robust governance and clarity of purpose and impact.  Across Australia, we work with individuals, for-purpose organisations, social enterprises and corporates to maximise their social impact.  We do this through four key areas: Executive Search, Board Search, Education and Events, and Governance Advisory.

The role

Always probing for innovative, creative solutions, you will use your extensive knowledge and capabilities within executive search and/or the for-purpose sector to curate engaged talent pools and arm our consultants with market insights and a pipeline of prospective candidates for senior roles.  You will gather market intelligence and capture industry trends and work with the team to understand current and future talent requirements.

You will be motivated to create tailored search and development strategies and carry out methodical search using various tools including LinkedIn (including Recruiter), JobAdder, X-ray searching, industry papers, and personal networks.

Working between home and the office, you will enjoy a flexible work environment. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop whilst playing an active part in key initiatives and improvements.

Experience, knowledge & skills

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A genuine desire to contribute to the for-purpose sector.
  • Demonstrated confidence, maturity and professionalism to work in a very human centric role.
  • Experience in research ideally in recruitment or executive search.
  • A genuine interest in people’s lives and stories and the ability to engage and communicate with a broad range of individuals.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering a positive client experience.
