In line with our mission to enhance the capability and performance of the for-purpose sector in Australia we were proud to be part of recent research, alongside Good Foundations and PwC, into what makes a for-purpose organisation ‘well-run’.
The two key survey findings are that the most important elements in being well-run are being crystal clear on your purpose, vision and direction; and having great people, with a particular focus on great leadership.
We are encouraged by these findings as they are core to our mission here at People for Purpose.
