Strive Community Care is a rapidly growing Queensland-based human services organisation delivering safe, person-centred and high-quality support to individuals, families and communities experiencing vulnerability and complexity.
Founded in 2021, Strive has quickly established itself as a respected provider across out-of-home care, disability services and community support environments, employing approximately 250 staff and generating annual revenue of approximately $30 million.
Driven by strong values, relational care and operational excellence, Strive is entering an exciting new phase of organisational maturity and strategic growth. The establishment of an Advisory Board reflects the organisation’s commitment to strengthening governance while preserving the culture, agility and purpose that underpin its success.
The role
Strive Community Care is seeking three experienced and values-aligned Advisory Board Members to provide strategic guidance, independent insight and governance support to the executive leadership team.
The organisation is particularly interested in individuals who can contribute expertise in areas such as governance, human services, organisational growth, risk management, finance, commercial strategy, workforce leadership or lived experience perspectives.
One Advisory Board Member may ultimately assume the role of Chair.
These are remunerated roles and meetings are expected to occur quarterly, with flexibility for additional strategic discussions as required.
