Board composition and structure

Through years of experience appointing Chairs and Non-Executive Directors to for-purpose boards, we have developed a comprehensive Board Skills and Diversity Matrix designed to identify the complex mix of skills and attributes needed on boards.

By undertaking this review and gap analysis, your board will have a better understanding of the experience and expertise needed to fulfill its mandate and identify where expertise may be missing.

Our framework is comprehensive and includes an assessment of a broad range of diversity aspects, including age and gender, but also cultural background, lived experience with social causes, socio-economic background, and personal style.
