As part of this ongoing partnership, we supported the appointment of current directors Kate Melrose, Professor Andy Marks, Rex Validakis-Betar, Tim Regan, Davina Rooney, Chris Eccles AO and Tim Spencer to the Board and Committees.
Tim Spencer, for example, was appointed to a specific committee (Finance, Risk & Audit; Governance, Nomination and People), showcasing Evolve Housing’s forward-looking approach to aligning committee membership with board succession.

Committees, on the other hand, provide an agile way to bring in diverse expertise – whether from beneficiaries, customers or technical specialists – without expanding the size of the board.
