Enabling Australia’s leaders to enhance social outcomes

This workshop will guide leaders through the process of developing a Personal Impact Framework and an actionable pathway to contribute to social outcomes. Participants will also be treated with experienced and inspiring guest speakers from both the corporate and non-profit arenas, who will share their journey and lessons learned from years of leading and driving social outcomes.
These workshops will also provide participants with access to a network of like-minded leaders on a similar journey to drive social change. Approximately 20 leaders attend each session and over the years, we have an alumni of over 2000 leaders who have attended this workshop.

WORDS FROM OUR participants
Great workshop today! It was really informative and insightful. The reflective exercise and the personal impact statement exercises both really resonated. Thanks for sharing your story in depth. It's a truly fascinating one. It was also great to hear from Dr Lili Sussman about her journey. I now have plenty of information to get my head into!
I attended the Head & Heart workshop earlier this week and I just had to say it was fantastic. It was super informative, straight to the point, and inspired me. I've been wanting to get into the For Purpose sector for a while, but I've struggled with where to start and what to do. The workshop was very helpful... Thank you and keep up the amazing work!
Rachael, thank you for a valuable session at the Head and Heart workshop last week. I appreciate hearing your story and learning more about the sector. Lots of reading to do, conversations to have, and some upskilling to undertake. A powerful workshop that I will absolutely recommend to friends and colleagues looking to contribute.
