- Drive strategic growth and innovation.
- Spearhead collaboration w/ veteran, defence & Australian communities.
- Lead a high-performing team delivering critical support services.
The organisation
Legacy Club Services (LCS) exists to support Legacy clubs to focus on what matters most — the care of families of veterans’ who have given their life or health through service.
Legacy remains one of Australia’s most recognised and trusted ex-service organisations. As the needs of veteran families evolve — including those affected by recent conflicts and service-related trauma — LCS plays a central role in strengthening infrastructure, building consistency and supporting Legacy clubs to deliver services.
Operating as a member-owned shared services organisation, LCS provides corporate, financial, ICT, governance and operational support to Legacy clubs within the broader federated Legacy network of 44 clubs. This model reduces administrative burden, strengthens compliance and systems, and seeks to improve consistency and sustainability across clubs, while respecting their autonomy and long history.
Headquartered in Sydney, LCS supports a professional team spanning beneficiary programs, fundraising and communications, finance, people and culture, digital services and club operations.
