The role
The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Team, driving organisational performance, strategic growth and long-term sustainability across Social Traders.
This influential leadership role combines strategic financial stewardship with hands-on operational leadership across finance, governance, risk, corporate services and company secretariat responsibilities.
The CFO will provide commercial insight to support informed decision-making, oversee financial planning and performance, strengthen organisational capability and ensure robust governance and compliance frameworks are maintained.
The successful candidate will be a commercially astute and values-led executive with significant experience leading finance and corporate services functions in complex, agile and purpose-driven environments. You will bring strong strategic and analytical capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to balance commercial rigour with mission impact. Experience operating in growth-oriented and resource-conscious environments will be highly regarded. CA or CPA qualifications are essential.
