The role
As the Director of Impact & Insights at Minderoo Foundation, you will hold a pivotal leadership position, shaping the development and implementation of the Foundation’s strategies and how we understand, measure, and communicate impact across a diverse and ambitious strategic portfolio.
You will lead a high-performing team to develop and embed strategic frameworks, implement methods to assess systems change, influence, long-term impact and foster data-informed decision-making. Your work will enhance adaptive learning and ensure that insights are integrated across the organisation. You will look to use these insights to guide the organisation through business planning.
This role is both visionary and hands-on. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and program teams to ensure that evidence and insights inform strategic decision-making and adaptive delivery, influence systems change, and strengthen the Foundation’s mission to drive lasting, large-scale impact.
You are a systems thinker—comfortable with ambiguity, energized by complexity, and able to work at pace.
