The role
Reporting to the CEO (Senior Pastor), the Executive General Manager, Finance & Operations is a key member of the executive leadership team. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across finance, facilities, IT, governance, people services, café operations, communications, and preschool. The successful candidate will be a relational leader with strong financial acumen, a collaborative spirit, and a deep commitment to Crossway’s mission and values.
