The role
This is a hands-on, strategic, and operational finance role within a growing, purpose-driven small business. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance Officer will support the commercial health and operational effectiveness of the organisation. This includes everything from financial compliance, cash flow, and reporting, to improving systems and supporting strategy.
We’re looking for someone who combines technical capability with a genuine interest in contributing to social impact. You’ll manage financial controls, enhance reporting, contribute to automation, support ESG alignment (including B-Corp exploration), and guide sound business decisions. You’ll also work closely with leadership and operations to create a streamlined, values-aligned finance function
