The role
Northcott is seeking up to two Non-Executive Directors to complement the skills of the existing Board. Candidates will ideally bring senior executive or board-level experience from large, complex care or human services organisations, with a strong track record of leading and governing 24/7 care environments. Candidates with experience outside the human services context who have particularly strong experience in human resource management and industrial relations or in brand and marketing may also be considered. As a board member, the Director will provide robust oversight of governance, risk and compliance, ensuring high-quality, safe and sustainable care services while supporting strategic decision-making and long-term organisational resilience.
