An ATS organises the coordinates the application and hiring process, where as a CRM system helps create and maintain a pool of active and passive talent for recruitment.

JobAdder is a securer system vetted by us, and approved by our cyber security insurance policy. JobAdder have implemented commercially reasonably and industry standard physical, technical and organisational measures, to safeguard and secure personal information stored in their service and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
