Seven years ago, Two Good Co. recognised the need for strong senior operational leadership to help it scale and deepen its impact.
With multi-year infrastructure funding from NAB Foundation, the organisation created its first General Manager role to support the CEO and build long-term capacity.
People for Purpose was engaged to find the right person for this pivotal role.
The Placement
In 2017, we supported the appointment of Kyle Westgarth as Two Good Co.’s first General Manager. The role later evolved into Chief Operating Officer.
Kyle’s background in operations, combined with her values-driven leadership, provided both structure and scalability to a grassroots movement that was ready to grow.
The Impact
Since Kyle’s appointment, Two Good Co. has become one of Australia’s most recognised social enterprises. The organisation has expanded its programs to include catering, ready-made meals, premium gifts, and corporate workshops.
Each of these initiatives feeds back into its social mission of creating pathways to independence for women with lived experience of domestic violence.
Working alongside CEO and founder Rob Caslick, Kyle has helped to strengthen the organisation’s foundations, building the systems and capacity needed for growth.
Together, Rob and Kyle have led Two Good Co. through a period of transformation, ensuring it can sustain its impact and reach more women in need.
