We observed that many Chairs / Boards engage in a comprehensive search process to identify their new CEO. However, it appears there is a lack of balance when it comes to the interview and who asks the questions. At this senior level, with so much riding on it, the relationship needs to be a 2-way street. We came across an interesting Forbes article with a handful of great questions they suggest for the CEO to during the process.
