The Priceline Sisterhood Foundation welcomed Maia Ambegaokar, Sarah Davies AM, and Edwina Sharrock OAM to its Board of Directors, following a national search conducted by People for Purpose.
Each of these accomplished leaders brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the Foundation’s mission of supporting frontline charities that improve the health and wellbeing of Australian women and girls.
- Maia brings specialised expertise in impact measurement and outcomes evaluation.
- Sarah offers decades of leadership in the not-for-profit and philanthropic sectors.
- Edwina, a maternity nurse and entrepreneur based in Tamworth, provides invaluable lived experience and a strong regional voice.
Their collective insights will guide the Foundation as it embarks on a new chapter, following the acquisition of API by Wesfarmers Health and the appointment of a new Executive Officer.
Chair of the Foundation and Managing Director of Wesfarmers Health, Emily Amos, reflected:
“This transition marks a new chapter for the Sisterhood Foundation as we continue to hear, acknowledge and address the unique health issues impacting Australian women and girls. I look forward to working with the Board and our Charity Partners to create a healthier future for all women.”
Congratulations to the new appointees – and to the Sisterhood Foundation – on this important step forward.
